So…it seems the buzz going around lately is who the front runners are and who will win the title of American Idol Season 7. With tons of polls on the internet clearly showing both Davids to be the lead ins, who is it to win? Family, friends, and fans support David Archuleta 110% that he will continue strong throughout the rest of the competition and win this. David Archuleta has proven to be the strongest competitor earlier on in the competition, but David Cook has thrown bullets more recently showing that he is there to win. What are your thoughts Archies?

david archuleta, of course! i seriously can not STAND cook. he is sooo conceited, and you can just tell he thinks he’s the best. he needs to go. NOW. he is not even close to being as great as archie, in vocals or in personality. GO DAVID A!!!

well im a little nervous for archie cos david c has been pretty strong througout the whole thing and archie has had some not so good moments.. i just reli hope that all of his fans and friends pull through and vote lots for him so he wins it! i cant vote cos im in canada but if i could ide vote 300 times xD

David Archuleta, FTW!!!!!! Definitely, Archie will win this competition because he just has the overall qualities of not just an “Idol” but of a role model. No offense to Cook fans, but he just strikes me as too cocky and sings for the career. David Archuleta sings for the fans, and always sings with his heart…I’d take that any day.
i think DA has a lot more talent than DC and a better personality. ever since DC’s performance of “Eleanor Rigby”, he’s become very smug and over-confident. if DA was just a bit more mature and confident, he’d be unstoppable and there’d be no contest! i still support DA all the way!! if he doesn’t make it to the end, america just doesn’t recognize talent anymore!

Ok, do you want to know what i really think? David Archuleta is a better singer. David cook has better song choices. There’s no doubt in my mind that David C will come on strong the next couple of weeks, and David Archuleta will have to keep up. I know he can do it, i have faith in him. He’s got the voice, it’s all about the song choices now.
david a is by far an amazing singer and has fans wrapped around his finger. he has the potential to win and should win, but david c has many fans too and i think this will be a hard year. i agree david c has better song choices but david a is younger and once he finds himself with great songs you know he will win! DAVID ARCHULETA WILL WIN!!
You know the problem is ? Many people vote both for DA and DC among David A’s fans. If they are really faithful to David A, and want him to win easily, then they should drop DC as soon as possible. I do not like DC at all. As Simon said he is so smug. Did you screaming girls on the show when DC showed up? I am sure they would vote for DC, too. So, please pick DA and vote only for him.

Yes Yes Yes!! I hope Archuleta wins!!! I especially love his “smoky mountain memories” performance, it just touched my heart. David Archuleta’s has a better personality I personally think, something more genuine about him than Cook. No gimmicks for Archuleta’s performances too, just honesty, pure voice, and connection! I hope really hope he wins. I am in the UK so I can’t vote, so i rely on the Americans to see his talent!!

Arch will hopefully win! He can at least sing IN KEY, unlike Cook on high notes. I’d hate to be at Cook’s live performances if he wins ‘cuz he seems to have a lot of trouble hitting high notes in key. Arch is a natural talent.
